Group Pick up

I want to set up group pick up. However when I go to General Settings under Extension managemnent it is not there as an option as the manual suggests it should. Do I need to do anything else first?

Mark, first you need to create "Pickup Group" extension on the Extensions Management page. Click on "Add", enter extension's number, select "Pickup Group" type from drop-down list. Then configure Pickup extension as it is described in manual.
