Default options on auto attendant answering

I have set this up and is working well
Call gets answered by AA and message plays " press 1 for ??" press 2 for ???" and press 3 for ????" all works fine but I wand to do a second line for a different company on the same epygi and also have option 1,2 and 3 but the problem is if you can only have one set of option's 1,2 and 3
Can anyone come up with and help

    Derek

You have only two possible options here, Derek:
    1. Use custom VXMP attendant scenario for the second company (see the appropriate documentation on Epygi website - it has useful samples, similiar to what you need)
    2. Change the set of options (either use 4,5,6 for second company, or use 11,12,12 for first and 21,22,23 for the second company).
I guess the first option is preferred... Actually the VXMP is not as difficult to learn as some think of that. Moreover that you just need to modify a sample.

    The link is http://support.epygi.com/index.php?_...=65&nav=0,3,65 .
In other words: "Support Center » Downloads » Support Resources » System Configuration » Installation Scenarios"

There is a ZIP file with samples and a PDF file containing the description of VXML, with samples explained.

    Best regards,
    David
