    Default Problem with a new carrier

    sorry for my bad english
    when i put in hold a line with a telephone Aastra, the connections go down and on the call history see this message:
    Codec: G729a, Quality: 2 (good)
    Close Reason: CM note: "Not Supported"

    Probably the problem is due to your ITSP specifics. We need Quadro logs or SIP traces to find out the real cause of this issue.
