Dialing problem Quadro 2X

Ok when I dial on speakerphone the recorded time number 1194 the call gets placed fine

dial 1194 , press dial and get connected

If I pickup the handset and try the same number 1194 , I get as far as 11 and without getting the chance to dial any further digits I get the message "number dialed does not exsist"

What phone are you using and how the number is "recorded" ? I guess it is entered into the phone's speed-dial records. Do you have extension 11 on your Quadro ?

Actually think i found what's causing it (but not the solution) . only happens on the Polycom extension not the Snom's

No ext 11 all are 3 digit 2xx

Please check if you have "??-PBX" routing rule on your Quadro. This can cause such problem. If all the extensions are 3 digit, the just delete that rule or disable.
