FOX calls show up BUT when I make a VOIP call via a VOIP provider setup in the wizard .. the call does not show up in the active call list ?

Actually we haven't such problem. Have you refreshed the page after call establishment ?
Yes refreshed the page ... no call is shown
Such situation is possible only in that case, when the caller is IP-Phone and it isn't registered on Quadro. For further investigation we need to look into Quadro systemlogs. You can turn to Epygi Technical Support with this problem.
