Default Using Snom m3 DECT phone with Epygi Quadro 2x

Customer has the Snom m3 DECT IP Phone (AP & base station) and is wanting to use the m3 at their SOHO as a remote extension to their Quadro 2x at the office. I can't seem to get the m3 to register. The m3 is behind a NAT'd Linksys WAP54G router using Time Warner cable service. I have also attempted to enable STUN, but still no luck. Has anyone had any experience setting the Snom m3 phone as a remote extension?

Snom M3 phones are not tested to work with Quadro, so we have limited experience with that model. We know that the phones have a bug in SIP messaging part (CSeq mandatory option is missing in ACK message) and STUN must be enabled on the phone to make it work correct. You can use stun.epygi.com on you phones.

Regarding registration problem check your NAT device settings first. Make sure that it is configured correctly to handle the outgoing/incoming packets.
