Hello, I have just purchased a QX200 device, earlier I used Quadro16x. I have moved my configuration from old device to the new one.

I have a problem with new device, the problem did not occur on the old one.

Incoming calls work fine.
In outgoing calls the called party can hear me, but I can not hear them.

I got this information from support:

We have investigated the logs/network capture and could not find a problem related with the QX.
The remote side should send RTP audio packet to the QX but it did not.

Does anyone have any idea what can be the cause? Old Epygi device worked fine and this suggests to me the solution should be with some configuration of the new device.
