    Default Auto Attendant - Multiple Holiday Messages

    Hello,

    We currently have our Auto Attendant setup to have messages for Working Hours, Non Working Hours, and Holidays. We would like to add a message for times when we have a staff meeting.

    Does anyone have any ideas how to set an additional schedule beyond the three above? We would like to do this with a schedule so we can build for whole year at once and not have to remember each month.

    We are hoping to play a recording explaining we are closed for a meeting and when we will open. So this is different then any of our three existing schedules.

    Default

    you cannot add another schedule to Auto Attendant but you can do the same via call routing. Add a call routing record with date/time settings that sends the inbound calls to a separate Auto Attendant, which plays the messages you need.
