We currently have our Auto Attendant setup to have messages for Working Hours, Non Working Hours, and Holidays. We would like to add a message for times when we have a staff meeting.

Does anyone have any ideas how to set an additional schedule beyond the three above? We would like to do this with a schedule so we can build for whole year at once and not have to remember each month.

We are hoping to play a recording explaining we are closed for a meeting and when we will open. So this is different then any of our three existing schedules.
