Thread: IVR using data from a database

  1. #1

I am thinking of integrating the quadro IVR functionality with a database of values. Callers are first asked to login then their specific values from the database are read to them.

Is this Possible with the quadro IVR

It should be possible to store those values in the script, if intended database isn't big enough.
The only way to deal with external database is RADIUS requests, which can be sent to RADIUS server to verify user name and password and also to retrieve some account specific information like account balance, time remaining.
