    Default Unhappy Assitance with call routing and IVR

    Hello everyone,

    Hi
    Please could you assist.
    I need to configure something like this

    inbound calls
    |
    |
    AA (1 for tech, 2 for sales, 3 for admin, 9 for switch board)
    1-----------2-----------3------------------9
    | | | |
    AA (tech) AA(sales) AA(admin) switch board
    | | |
    ring grps ring grps AA
    1, 2, 3 1, 2, 3 |
    1-----------2
    Accounts the boss

    1)How do I direct the inbound calls via a sip trunk to my default AA
    2)How do I cascade from one AA to another.vidmate mobdro

    3)How do i configure when the user selects 1 they are routed to ext xxx or ring group yyy or AA zzz

    Is there a howto or document that covers this ..
