We have a snom 360 as our receptioninst. we have enabled call
queue on the receptions ext.(Call Queue Size = 8 and max call queae
apperance
to 2.) We have been having a problem, where from time to time, the
callers are put on the call queue when there is not active call on the
receptions ext. When this error occurs, there is no record of an active
call on
the ext on the mainmenu.cgi page.
we have been having to reset the phone to factory default,
delete the ext. from the 16x, then reconfigure. we want to fix this
issue.
permanently. The 16x is running version 4.1.32 firmaware and the snom 360 6.5.10.
