Default Procedure of dowloading logs for trobleshooting

    Hello everyone,
Whats the best procedure for downloading logs for troubleshooting. I recently sent developer logs to Epygi for troubleshooting. I marked the logs when I began them and when I ended them. However I was told that the call history didn't survive in the log. Is there a time limit on the logging? ( i.e. does it log all information for say an hour and then wipe showbox.bio/ tutuapp.uno/ vidmate.vet/ it and start again?) Should I download logs every 1 to 2 hours until I capture the problem? Part of the issue is that it is an intermitant problem and we have so far been unable to replicate it on demand. What information do I need to send along with the logs? Call times, numbers?????
