Does Epygi offer a preferred firmware for the new Yealink S series phones. I'm trying to use a Yealink T48S on a Quadro 2X2 Firmware Version: 5.3.65

Try using OTHER as the handset type, and make sure that the extensions codec preference doesn't override the handsets PCMA / PCMU depending on the country that you are in.
