    Lightbulb Redundany problem QX200

I have a problem to configure the redundancy on 2 IP PBX XQ200. I downloaded and installed the newest firmware 6.1.25 and installed it on both units. I configured both units according the instruction on the manual Redundancy Feature on QX IP PBXs. After the configuration when I power up the slave unit, the master unit begins rebooting and never stop again. I did the following procedure:
    • Configured the master unit to work fine with connected IP phones
    • Installed the redundancy license key on the master unit
    • Configured the master unit redundancy feature according to the manual
    • Tested the master unit again with connected IP phones
    • Installed the redundancy license key on the slave unit (not connected to the network)
    • Configured the slave unit redundancy feature according to the manual (not connected to the network)
    • Power off the slave unit and connect the unit to the network according figure 1 in the manual
    • Power on the slave unit
    • After the slave unit is booted, the master unit starts rebooting and never stops
    • In the system event of both units there is not much to see. The only message on both units is that the backup unit is offline
Anyone have any idea what I can do now to get my 2 PBX running in redundancy mode?

    Hi Beaty56

Is your problem with redundancy fixed?
