Default Virtual extension - Multipule Extension Ring (MER)

    Hello,

I assume this has been asked before but I can not find anything in the forum using a search ..

Our system is a QX50 and we have created a virtual extension. I am trying to find the settings to enable multiple extensions to ring at the same time when this extension is called.

I've looked and looked, google searched ect but can not find it. There are many times it is mentioned as a setting in the virtual extension but I can not find it. Anyone able to steer me in the right direction?

    Thanks,
    Dan

    Dan,
From the Extensions Management page you will simply click on the extn that you wish to configure for MER. From there, go to Caller Id Services and click on the link below MER. Now you can click beside each extn that you wish to ring and then press the Enable/Disable button at the top. Now you need to turn on the MER feature by clicking Enable Service and then press Save at the bottom.

    Regards,

    Andy
