Mailbox full

Hi, I am getting a "mailbox full" message for my voice mail. How do I clear the voicemail box? Many thanks.

There are two ways for cleaning the voice mailbox:
- open the GUI for selected extension's voice mailbox, select and delete voice mails
- enter the mailbox using phone and dialing *0 -> 1, and delete voice mails when listening by pressing 9.

There are no messages to delete (by either of the ways above), but I'm still getting "mailbox full" when I try and leave a message.

You need to increase the voice mail memory size from 0% to 1% of memory or so...
