Question Cisco SPA 509g soft key Call Forwarding all (cfwd) customization

    Hi all,

I have Cisco SPA 509g Phones attached to a Epygi Quadro M8L. The phones work very well except softkey cfwd (Call Forwarding all) that cannot be configure with the soft key but have to be configure with *4 epigy call forwarding servive. My question is, if any of you have resolved that problem or have an idea of how customisize the cfwd soft key to work with the x4 call forwarding service of the PBX Epygi.

    Thanks,

    GlobalCorpIT

Hello rafaemni ... we have this exact same issue with the 504g. have you been able to resolve this as of yet?

How do you configure the cfwd? Do you use "Advanced" link of the IP line, or doing the configuration of the button from Cisco phone GUI?
What is the FW version of CISCO phones?

If you are configuring the fwd button form Quadro(IP Line "Advanced" link) and have the tested Cisco firmware for your Quadro FW version - it must work.
