    Default Yealink T22P not provisoning

    Hi

    I have a setup with a Quadro 2x2 and about 12 Yealink T22P phones.
    A few days ago, I reset all tyhe phones and one phone didn't provision.

    I checked all the settings(mac address, in IP line settings) even did a factory reset on the phone, it gets an IP from the DHCP server in the Quadro
    but that's it, doesn't provision.

    All other phones work fine.

    Any ideas on where I need to start ?

    Dear Nic,

    Please check your firewall settings. Maybe the IP addresses of phones have been blocked by SIP IDS and that's why the phones didn't get config files.

    What Levon says holds very true for Yealink handsets...

    Hardware revisions seem to be more prone to being blocked by IDS than other handsets that I use...
