Incoming FXO call to ring 2 extentions simultaneously

Hi,

I currently have a Quadro 2x (original) connected to 2 Grandstream GXP-2020 phones and a PSTN / Landline connected to the FXO port on the Quadro unit.

The Grandstream units are configured on extensions 13 and 14 using IP Line 1 and IP Line 2 respectively.

I was wondering, is it possible to have both of these handsets ring simultaneously when there is an incoming call, where it can be answered by the first available person?

At present it seems that I need to either route to the receptionist, or dedicate a particular line/extension/handset to take the call.

Dear Adamhair,

You could enable many extension ringing service on either of extensions(for example on Extension 13). You could enable it from Users->Extensions Management->Supplementary Services->Caller Id based services->Many extension ringing. Enable this service and from extension lists enable it for Extension 13 and 14. You could also add more extensions.
When you call to extension 13, extension 14 will also ring and you could easily take the call from either extensions.
