    Hi,

Options are nothing related call setups.
As I understand you want to use QuadroFXO to receive calls from FXO and send them to the elastix over SIP and vise versa.
Simply all you need is to create call routes between QuadroFXO and elastix.
E.g. for incoming calls you can create a CR rule on the Quadro like: pattern: *(this means any), call type: SIP, host: <elastix IP address>, port: <elastix SIP listening port>.
This will route call calls coming to FXO to elastix. I don't know what PBX is elastix, but the rest job for incoming calls should be done there.

Four outbound calls you can set up a CR rule on the Quadro like: pattern *, call type: FXO, it'd be also preferable if you secure this rule from unouthorized hack attempts, so you can enable on the same rule "Source filtering", set "Source type": SIP-*, source host: <elastix IP address>.

    Good luck,
    AshotAr.
