If it's not a problem, I'd also like to plug www.bbvoice.ca.
I've been testing for a while now, and it works well with the Quardo's as well (have one client with 8 DID's for voice and faxes). There is also phone support 7 days a week, and over 3,900 area codes in North America. Voice gateways are also available throughout North America.
