Thread: Redialing from "call history list"

  1. #1

Default Redialing from "call history list"

    Epygi Quadro 2X2 SW 5.3.14
Cannot redial calls from "Call History" list....Recording says "number dialed does not exist"

  2. #2

    Default

Sounds a lot like my issue.

An inbound call will be stored in the phone history as 'number@<ip of QuadroISDN>'. When redialing out it attempts to send it directly via that device which is rejected.

I've not found a solution yet.

And its solved. I had to add a Call Route that redirected the call properly back through the MX32. Its a bit of a hack but it works
