Issue with EMS

Hi all,

I am having an issue with the ems playing a message when on hold.
The message was recorded in the format that was indicated in the ems pdf instruction, but when I press hold I hear the message on a very bad quality.
Tried covert multiple times, but the sound is just bad,
When you play it normally on the pc, the sound quality is excelant, but when I use it the ems, for message on hold it sound bad.
Does any one have any ideas w
