Thread: No audio on remote extension

    Default No audio on remote extension

    I've programmed a Yealink T22 IP phone as a "remote" extension.
    When making/receiving calls, the call connects but there is no audio.
    The Quadro is behind a customer provided router. All phones on site where the Quadro is located work fine.

    Hi Doug, if it helps, in Remote Settings for that extension:

    1. check/turn on: Enable RTP Proxy
    2. check/turn on: Symmetric RTP

    Also in the Advanced Setting for the T22, have the "RPort" Enabled.

    In my early setups for Remotes, this was a missed item. Obviously there are other related items in this issue, e.g. router settings, etc as in the Forum history but try this if this has not been set.
