    Default ACD - Distinctive Ringing

    How do I add distinctive ringing to an ACD group?

    I am replacing a traditional call queue / MER group combination with an ACD call queue and as some agents are in multiple groups - they need a simple plain text message on the screen stating which queue the current call is ringing on (e.g. "Accounts", "Sales", etc).

    Default

    By configuring ACD service distinctive ringing and other caller ID based services will be disabled automatically on the current extension during the ACD call.
