DCC Issue

Hi Guys

Quick question, we've loaded the DCC Pro on a PC to monitor the extensions and stuff. But for some reason it only monitors the first 32 extension not the other 32. It sees the extension but you don't know if the person is busy on phone or not. Here is the PBX info:

PBX: Epygi Quadro M12Li
Firmware: 5.3.23
DCC Pro version: 1.12
Extension: 64 (41 in use)

The DCC Pro license is loaded and linked to the extension we are using to monitor. Let me know what you think could be the problem.

How many active IP lines you have available on your QuadroM12Li?

We have 41 active IP Lines on the PBX.
