Voicemail memory

I have a 2X, and had people leave messages on my extension. For some reason, even if I deleted the msgs from the phone, it says that my remaining time is as if the message is still there...

I've gone into the Extensions Management, and there are no messages there either.

My firmware is 4.1.29.

Hi, we have no such known problem on Quadro.You can check the actaul memory size of your extension from "System -> Status -> Memory Status" page.Does the size getting changed after manipulations with voice mail ?
