Thread: Quadro 2x drops call after approximately 10 minutes

    Default Quadro 2x drops call after approximately 10 minutes

    hi - I'm hoping someone can suggest a solution. Calls are dropping out after approximately 10 minutes. Might be 9 one time, 11 another. Not sure that it happens every time. The line just goes silent. No particular error log that I can find.

    Any suggestions about where to look and what to look for?

    Quadro 2x latest f/w

    Hi John,

    as soon as it happens again, download the system logs from Quadro and send them to Epygi's technical support mentioning the time of the call, called and calling numbers.
