Thread: Remote extension unable to dial out

    I have a Siemens Gigaset S450IP at home and we have a 16x in the office. The phone is connected over the internet and people in the office can dial me fine, and can transfer calls to me.

    I can not dial out (to externall) or to any extension (to internal) in the office. I just get this woman saying the number dialled does not exist.

    Any ideas?

    Your problem is strange.Please register your Quadro andsubmit aticket in TSS with problem description. The guys from Epygi will contact you in order to solve your problem.

    Sorted on this one. Our tech support managed to check the logs when I dialled and found that my phone was pre-pending my local area code on VoIP calls, which was causing the problem.
