Hot desking

Hi All,

I have a M8L and I'm setting up hot desking for all extensions, so what i have done is attached a snom phone to a IP line and enabled hot desking but I haven't attached an extension


The extension registers to the IP Line with no extension number (which is fine), then i dial *78 login as an extension. but the problem is on the display of my snom phone it doesn't display the logged in extension number i only get (Ext.) on the display

what i would like on the display is (Ext.) if the phone is logged out that's great but when logged in to an extension to display the extension number (Ext. 200)

I would like to make it easy for the customer as i know i will get complaints if it doesn't display the correct extension number

Hi,

I have setup hot desking on a M8L all work very well but the only thing the customer would like is for the display on the Snom720 phone to display the login extension number, at the moment all that's on the display is Ext.

so when logged out Ext. is great

when logged in Ext. 200 for example
