Hello,

I'm getting the same error as CarpeDiem.

Error: "Run-time error '13': Type mismatch'"

This happens only on first in and out call after Outlook restart, after which HotCall is not working at all.


Similar behaviorwith versions 1.4 and 1.7.
I'm running XP with Outlook 2003 - latest SP and updates.

Please advice,

Hi,

It seems that this problem is related to the Windows session.
Indeed, I made some tests and here what I note:

I find the problem only with only one session.

I tested that on several stations.
Always the same problem but only with the same session.
The problem thus does not come from the station.


I tested that by parameterizing several different extensions on the same session. Always the same problem with all extensions.
The problem thus does not come from the extension used.

It seems that the transmitted data were modified according to the session used.


Ihopethat that will be able to help somebody.

FYI: on Quadro4x/16 with firmware 4.1.33 or higher you can use HotCall Addin without 3pcc license (feature key).
If you still experience problem please submit a ticket to Epygi's technical support.

The error 'type mismatch' must be a problem with 'distribution list' in your Outlook's contact.
If you delete the 'distribution list' from your contact, Hot Call runs well.


Epygi works on a new release who correct the problem.
