It is possible only using quadro with RADIUS server.
When call coming from ITSP, the Quadro authorizes the user by the detected CallerID using a RADIUS server. If the user is successfully authorized, the Quadro sends busy tone to ITSP, which terminates the call with the user. Once the call is terminated, the Quadro initiates a call back to the user via an ITSP.
