Thread: Ring timeout too short

    Default Ring timeout too short

    Hi there

    I have a Quadro M12Li. Could someone please tell me how to adjust the ring time for extensions. It currently rings for about 4 seconds which is too short. Where do I change this setting?

    You can configure it passing the following steps.

    1. Open "Users->Extension Management" page.
    2. Just click on the extension number which you want to configure.
    3. Open "Supplementary Services->Basic Services - General Settings".

    Set "No answer timeout" as you want.
