I've got a Cisco 7960 connected to the Quadro2x and it all seems to work fine except incoming calls.

If I dial the extension from another phone I get "Number dialed does not exist".

    Anyone got any ideas?

It means that your IP-Phone is not registered on Quadro properly. Is the phone placed on Quadro LAN orWAN side. If it is on LAN side, then use Autoconfiguration from "IP-Line Settings page". If it is on WAN side of Quadro, you must configure it a s a Remote Extension. If this will not work, download the logs from Quadro and open a ticket in Epygi TSS for problem examination.
