    I have used flowroute.com as my Voip carrier and outbound calls work fine. I have purchased a DID which is directed to my Quadro, but it is still being rejected with this error:

    I have messed with call routing and virtual extension with no luck for hours. Can someone please help? Seems like this should be relatively easy.

    Add new Call Routing rule with the following parameters:
    Destination Number Pattern: 15593452724
    Number of Discarded Symbols:11
    Prefix: enter here the extension# that will receive the call on DID
    Destination Type: PBX

    it should help.

    Still no luck...same error:

    Weird...I got it to work by changing the NDS to 12

    It is my fault, I should have been told you to set NDS to 12 instead of 11. The idea is to remove the DID completely and instead write the extension number. When calculating the DID length to put into NDS I just missed to count "+".
