    Default Automatic calll forwarding of calls from a SIP trunk

    I need to have calls from a specific SIP trunk forwarded to extension 313 during office hours and from 5:00pm untill 7:30am the next morning the calls will be forwarded to an external number. The SIP trunk is 0875755241 and it has extension number 998 and at present is being forwared to ext 313 succesfully. I can set it up to manually swap to night service. But what I need is for that specific trunk to automatically switch based on time of day. Can you help.

    It is a Quadro M8L with latest firmware.

    Hi,

    Run the Call Routing Wizard and create two new routing rules with the SAME pattern 555 (for example) in call routing table.
    Configure the first routing rule with the following values:
    - Pattern: 555
    - Number of Discarded Symbols (NDS): 3
    - Prefix: your external number
    - Call Type: FXO (or Auto)
    - Enable the Set Date/Time Period(s) checkbox and define the time period from 5:00pm until 7:30am

    Configure the second routing rule with the following values:
    - Pattern: 555
    - Number of Discarded Symbols (NDS): 3
    - Prefix: 313
    - Call Type: PBX

    Now go to the extension settings for extension 998 and change the forwarding settings to 555 with call type "auto".

    I have done this routing, but have the following result.

    When I call the sip trunk from external source I get a Telco message to say the subscriber is not available. If I set the unconditional call forwarding on ext 998 to forward to 313 the call routes through to extension 313
