    Default Callback is answering Call too early

    Hi everyone

    I have a problem with a 16xi regarding with the callback feature:

    I have several mobile phones configured to call to one of our PSTN number on the 16xi and then she return back the call to provide access to call relay menu.

    The problem is that she is answering on the second ring tone with the AA, and we do not want to be answered, or answering at least just in the ring 6 or 7.

    Is there any hidden page were we can setup the time before answering the call in the callback feature??

    Yes, you can setup the callback activation timeout in auto attendant using the extmanagement.cgi hidden page
