Recently looking through the call statistics I notice a number of lines as per below:

"0available" <09xxxxx@xxx.yyy.zzz.6>(3200)

0xxx is our ITSP user ID and xx.yy.zz.6 is our ITSP IP address, 3200 is the virtual ext the call is being routed through.

Can anyone tell me what that line means? We've had some report of people calling saying they could not get through and got a 'busy' message.
