    Default ITSP outgoing call issue "Not Supported"

    I'm currently trying to diagnose issue with routing call through our SIP provider (who is using Asterisk).

    We are getting lots of calls being rejected with "Not Supported"as the reason. The provider are saying they are not rejecting the calls, which leave me puzzled. Can anyone shed some light on this?

    The thing that makes it hard is it doesn't do this all the time and intermittently after every few calls

    After unsuccessful call with "Not Supported"reason download the system logs from Quadro, extract the "sip_ua.log" and send it to provider. It will show the provider what SIP message it sends when it rejects the call. I hope it will help them to fix the issue.
