Hi please help?
My client has a Panasonic swb with 2 x 4 Port Quadro ISDN Gateways connected to our sip providers euipment. Its configured that 1 gateway is for incomming calls and 1 gateway is for outbounds calls. I am having an issue where every call that is made is silent up until the recipient answers the call. So the caller does not get ringing, busy tone, faulty tone ect. My sip provider says, i need to enable inband audio on their pbx??
Please can i have some feedback?
