    Unhappy Barring extensions

    Hi there,

    i have a client that has many speed dials that dial out to cell phone numbers. they would like me to prevent all unauthorised calls that are not going through the speed dial list. but how do i do that when i have to add it to the call routing table?

    Please help???

    There is a trick. For example, let's assume you have the following entries in global speed dial table, which map the speed dial numbers to cell phone numbers:
    101 -> 1234567891
    102 -> 1234567892
    ----
    Also, you should have a call routing rule with the destination number pattern matching with all cell phone numbers in your speed dial table.

    What you have to do is to modify the speed dial table and call routing rule as follows and you will get what you want:
    1) Add some letter (let's say "x") to cell phone numbers in speed dial table. After that the table will look like this:
    101 -> x1234567891
    102 -> x1234567892
    2) Modify the destination number pattern in call routing rule adding "x" to prefix and 1 to NDS.
    I hope it is clear
