Hi,
When I make calls between analog extensions, after I
dial the extension it takes to much time (15 -20 secs) to begin ringing the
dialed extension.
Do you have some tip to reduce the time?
Thanks

Have you added many rules to the Call Routing table? If there are large numbers of similar rules in the table then the Quadro sometimes can take a long time to choose the best rule.
No, I only have the default and two more rules.
If you press # after the extension no. does it start ringing straight away or is there still a delay?
All phone systems have to deal with the problme of knowing when the user has finished dialing so that it can begin to perform the call routing. The Quadro does this with a dial time out option found under Telephony/Dial Timeouts. You can adjust this down to 2-3 seconds for most users. As mentioned previously, you can always use a # sign at the end of dialing to signify end of digits.
