    Question IP - PSTN Calls

    Hi there,

    I have a client that seems to have many calls going through our IP - PSTN (Voip provider) that are comming up as "request rejected". They are saying that the Device (Quadro M26Xi)stopped communicating with them for short periods after investigation.
    What would i do to troubleshoot to see if it is the Quadro or is infact my service provider?

    Nicola, the Quadro is reporting REQUEST REJECTED - what device do you think that the Quadro is reporting that is rejecting authentication ? Think about it. what would cause the Quadro to report that ?

    My Service provider???? am i being blonde?? They have now said the following: - "It rejects the call, Because it lost registration, Its a security issue to allow connection to be established without registration.Hence, I asked if any debugging has been done on the epigy itself."
    How do i debug the Epygi?
