How do I change the initial message when someone calls my number on Epygi Quadro 4x?

I suppose we mean the voice mail greeting message. Take the handset for any phone connected to Quadro4x, dial *0, then dial 3 and follow up the voice instructions to record the new greeting message. For more details see the Feature Codes in the Quadro4x GUI

At default the Auto Attendant at extension 00 is used. If that is it then that would need to be changed.
