Default Monitor extensions of other quadro

    Hi There,

I have a client running quadros at two different sites

    Site 1:
    Quadro 4Li (latest firmware)

    Site 2:
    Quadro 2x (latest firmware)

An Extension at Site 1 would like to monitor various extensions on site 2, is this possible? I do have a sip tunnel running between the two sites.

    regards,
    Shaun

Shaun.. set up a remote extension on the other and have that running on the QCM Softphone .. that way you can monitor the extensions in real time and know who is available.

Thanks Kevin, will give it a try...

something else has come up, if they transfer a call to an extension on the other quadro, it rings and rings until someone picks up. I know i can do a call forward on "No Answer", but that would just send it to a predefined extension. Is there any way that i can create "Kickback", go back to the extension it was transferred from?

    regards,

    Shaun

    Hey Shaun
Try edit of an extension under Extension Settings and you'll see the "Kickback" box. Tick and save.
    Cheers
