    hi,

There can be 3 reasons for this:

    1. Bandwidth limitation reached,
    2. RTP port limitation reached,
    3. G729 codec license limitation reached.

To understand which one of theses was the cause, Quadro logs should be investigated.

    Regards.

    Hi Vahan

I have 14 extensions and 4 voip provider lines.

So I don't think it should be port or license issues. But will investigate the log files a bit.
To be honest, i'm not very impressed with the 4Li units. All of my clients that have issues, runs the 4Li's.

    Thanx for the help

    Regards
    Heinrich
