Epygi Quadro 2x problem

Hi. I have a problem with my quadro 2x and i hope that where can help me.

Many times, i dont have web access to quadro, but i can ping them. Others, i can not ping quadro, but i have sip extensions. Others i have sip extensions, web access, about 4-5m but them i lost everthing.

Its possible that i have a problem with the NAND ?, because in log i see this errors :

In events i see that information :

I see these too from time to time and nothing has gone wrong, so far anyway.

To be on the safe side, open a ticket with Epygi (http://support.epygi.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit) for further testing/troubleshooting.
