    Default How do I create a routing rule

    I need to create a routing rule on where to send calls to another auto attendant auto autottendant have a message out of office at a certain time, if I can help the would greatly appreciate it

    Hello !
    Go to Telephony->Call routing->Call Routing Table
    1. Add new routing rule with following options.
    Destination Number Pattern: (for example 5 and Attendant number 20) 520
    Number of Discarded Symbols: 1
    Destination Type: PBX
    2. Next
    3. Next
    4. Source Number Pattern: *
    Source Type: Any
    5. Next
    6. Finish a routing rule

    After this when you dial 520, call will go to Attendant 20.
