Red face call back to extension from an ivr

    Hello to all,

I'm looking for a way to make an ivr know the extension that referred the call, in order to transfer the call back to its vm.

When using the 'Caller ID Based Services' to transfer a call to an ivr that announce the 'busy' or 'no answer' state of an extension and then transfer the call to another ext. or to the ext. vm, I usually use 2 virtual ext. for each extension (one for each situation).
This results in an extensive number of virtual extensions in total.
This is for a specific route per ext. (not a department scenario, which has a general vm).
Is there a method to get the extension number that transferred the call, so one can use the value in a general vxml file, and transfer it back, or transfer it further, based on the original extension?

If there is a way to do so, please attach an example.

    Regards

    Arye
